Google introduces Pixel Tag finder device with year-long battery
587BGoogle announced Pixel Tag, its first finder tag for locating items like keys and wallets. The device is made of durable stainless steel with IP67 water and dust resistance, features a speaker to help locate items, and has a button to ring your phone. It offers up to one year of battery life with user-replaceable batteries. Pixel Tag pairs via Fast Pair with Android 9 or newer devices, uses the Find Hub app for location tracking with Ultra-Wideband precision finding, and can be shared with up to 10 people. The tag will be available for $29 or $99 for a 4-pack starting November 11.
