ESA and ISRO extend cooperation agreement to 2032
The European Space Agency and Indian Space Research Organisation signed an exchange of letters on 10 September 2026 extending their Cooperative Agreement for five years until January 2032. The agreement, originally established in 2002, now includes space weather and human and robotic exploration alongside existing cooperation areas in Earth observation, satellite navigation, space science, and mission operations support.
